II used cannabis obsessively for most of my adolescent and adult life until I went to Ireland to ritually commune with my ancestors. There, I healed the original wounds of my childhood and my lineage, and I developed a new capacity for self-regulation using a scaffolding of neurobiology and magic, so I no longer need to rely on weed.
